Tempura Mizuki
Tempura MIZUKI has earned one Michelin star for six consecutive years. The MICHELIN Guide Kyoto-Osaka 2023 recognizes our dedication to excellence. We serve freshly fried tempura using premium safflower oil, recognised for traditional Japanese dining in Kyoto through precision and respect for technique.

Sushi Mizuki
Our elegant sushi course unfolds at an 11-meter counter. Beautiful Wajima lacquerware adorns every surface. This traditional craft comes from Ishikawa Prefecture. It creates stunning visual harmony throughout the space.

Teppan Mizuki
The dining room is the perfect place to be entertained by our dedicated chef. Enjoy one of many available Teppanyaki courses such as live lobster and Omi beef steak prepared in an open kitchen before your eyes. This room can also be used for a private function.
MIZUKI features four distinct dining experiences. We offer Kaiseki, Sushi, Tempura, and Teppan. Each chef brings original creativity and masterful technique. Their artistry transforms Japanese cuisine into something extraordinary.

Culinary Artistry Awaits at MIZUKI
MIZUKI celebrates your baby’s first meal with the Okuizome zen ceremony. This cherished Japanese tradition marks your child’s 100th or 120th day. We wish them a life of abundance and joy.
Our chefs prepare a special ceremonial set at Kaiseki MIZUKI. Every dish honors this meaningful milestone. The price is 7,500 yen. Tax and service charges are included.
Reservations require five days of advance notice. Your guests can enjoy lunch starting at 12,000 yen per person. Dinner courses start at 24,000 yen per person.
