We are delighted to present a special course featuring bamboo shoots from Katagihara, famously referenced in Rosanji Aji Dō.
Katagihara is a small area within Rakusai, Kyoto, renowned for producing some of the finest bamboo shoots in the region. For this course, we use bamboo shoots harvested from a grove personally managed by Sous Chef Okamoto of Mizuki.
Immediately after harvesting, the bamboo shoots are carefully prepared while at their freshest, preserving their delicate aroma and natural sweetness.
As these bamboo shoots never reach the market, we invite you to enjoy this rare delicacy available only directly from the source.
*This plan is available only during dinner time and requires reservations by 3:00 PM two days in advance.
