Yes. MIZUKI: Closed every Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Please note that the closing date may change if Monday is a national holiday or peak season. You can check availability online. -

We highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as seating may be limited depending on availability.

Is there a cancellation fee?

In the case of a restaurant reservation cancellation, the following fees will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.
・Up to 72 hours before the reserved time: No cancellation fee
・From 72 hours to 48 hours before the reserved time: 50% of the plan price
・From 48 hours before the reserved time: 70% of the plan price
・On the day of the reservation (after 12:00 AM) or in case of a no-show: 100% of the plan price
・If you are late for more than 20 minutes without contacting us, it will be canceled. -
What is the dress code?
At our restaurant, we embrace a dress code of "casual elegance." This means that jeans and sneakers are acceptable, as long as they are clean and free from excessive wear and tear.
Guests are welcome to visit wearing yukata or kimono; however, please refrain from visiting in mourning attire.

Is it possible to make reservations together with children, is a children's menu available?
At Tempura Mizuki, we welcome guests aged 12 and above. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Please note that we do not offer a specific children's menu. When children aged 12 and above are dining with us, they are kindly requested to order the same course as the adults.
Kaiseki, Sushi, and Teppan Mizuki offer a kids' menu.
Please refer to each restaurant’s website for menu details. Kids’ menus can be ordered on the day of your visit.
If you require baby food, we kindly ask that you make a request in advance to ensure smooth service.

Is there a separate charge for parking?
Hotel premises multi-story parking with valet service available.
- 1 hour: ¥1,200
- Free for 2 hours with a restaurant bill totaling ¥10,000 or more.
- Beyond 2 hours, an additional fee of ¥1,200 per hour applies.

Are the restaurants and restrooms equipped with accessible facilities for the physically challenged?
All restaurants, The Bar and The Lobby Lounge are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on the second basement floor and the lobby floor. *Please note that Kaiseki private dining rooms have steps at the entrance, and we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Is it possible to use a private room?
Yes, private rooms are available for dining purposes. However, unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for private events.

Capacity: Up to 8 guests / Private room fee: Free of charge
The Teppanyaki private room offers a special experience where the chef cooks right in front of you.
Shoes remain on in this room.
Adults are required to order a course meal when using the Teppanyaki private room.
Online reservations are also accepted.
