*Special plans may have a separate cancellation policy. Details stated in the course will be applied. Please be aware of this.
In the case of a restaurant reservation cancellation, the following fees will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.
・Up to 72 hours before the reserved time: No cancellation fee
・From 72 hours to 48 hours before the reserved time: 50% of the plan price
・From 48 hours before the reserved time: 70% of the plan price
・On the day of the reservation (after 12:00 AM) or in case of a no-show: 100% of the plan price
・If you are late for more than 20 minutes without contacting us, it will be canceled.
